Cancellation Fee
There is no cancellation fee up to 31 days in advance.
30 days to 21 days prior: 5%
20 days to 11 days prior: 30%
10 days to 2 days prior: 50%

In the event of a no-show, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the accommodation fee.
As a general rule, a cancellation fee will be charged. However, if the Fuji Subaru Line is closed due to bad weather, or if there is a typhoon or severe weather warning, no cancellation fee will be charged.
Changes to the check-in date or reductions in the number of guests will incur cancellation fees, provided they fall within the cancellation policy.
